Garlic Dressing With Red Wine

Garlic Dressing has a great taste. The eggs and wine vinegar makes the Garlic Dressing a prefect alibi for appetizers. Must use it.
Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Combine egg yolk, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
Process briefly.
With the motor running, slowly dribble in the olive oil.
Taste, correct seasoning if necessary, and transfer to storage container.
