Garlic Dressing With Red Wine
|Red wine vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped garlic||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine egg yolk, vinegar, sugar, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade.
With the motor running, slowly dribble in the olive oil.
Taste, correct seasoning if necessary, and transfer to storage container.
