Ingredients
  Spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 2 Teaspoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Dry sherry 4 Teaspoon
  Corn oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Wash spinach; remove tough stems; drain and dry.
With wire whisk, beat soy sauce with oil, vinegar and sherry.
Place spinach in large bowl and toss with dressing, mixing well to coat leaves.
