Greens With Buttermilk Dressing

Ingredients
  Mixed greens 6 Ounce (such as Boston and red lettuce, mache or arugula)
  Scallion 1⁄3 , thinly sliced
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Low fat buttermilk 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Grated cucumber 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix or shake dressing ingredients well to blend.
Serve over greens.
