Boiled Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

In top of double boiler beat egg slightly, add combined dry ingredients, add vinegar and water gradually.Cook over boiling water for 10-15 minutes or until thick, stirring until smooth.
Serve, chilled.
