Creamy Boiled Dressing
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine sugar, flour, salt and curry powder in pan; stir in egg, water and vinegar.
Cook slowly, stirring constantly, 5 minutes, or until thickened: Remove from heat; stir in butter or margarine until melted.
This dressing will keep well in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
