Cider & Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Crumbled bleu cheese 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender; blend for a few seconds or until smooth and thickened.
Chill tightly covered.
