Tomato-Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  Low-sodium tomato juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Dried basil leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Teaspoon, minced
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
Directions

Place tomato juice, white wine vinegar, dry mustard, garlic, basil leaves, onion, and black pepper in a blender or food processor and process until ingredients are well combined.
