Lemon Sweet Dressing

Lemon Sweet Dressing goes well with any salad, however with fruit salad it has a uniqueness to its own. This is a masterpiece recipe of mine and can be prepared in a jiffy. Just check out the quickie recipe of Party Rainbow Fruit Salad.
  Egg 1
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), whipped

Beat egg slightly in top of double boiler.
Stir in sugar; cook until dissolved.
Remove from heat; beat until thick and fluffy.
Slowly beat in salad oil, lemon juice and salt.
Fold in whipped cream just before serving.
Serve on salad.
