Ingredients
  Banana 1
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cumin 1 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place banana, water, white wine vinegar, mustard, cumin, and pepper in a blender or food processor.
2. Process until smooth.
