Fruit Salad With Pineapple-Spice Dressing's picture
  Navel oranges 2 , peeled and cut in chunks
  Grapefruit 1 Medium, peeled and cut in chunks
  Strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Pear 1 , cored and cut in chunks
  Juice-packed canned pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs) (0.5 Cup Juice Reserved)
  Dry white wine/White grape juice 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Pinch
  Ground nutmeg 1 Pinch

1. Combine oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, and pear.
2. Combine reserved pineapple juice, white wine or white grape juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a jar with a tight lid. Shake until blended.
3. Toss dressing over fruit.
4. Cover and chill for 45 minutes.
