Fruit Salad With Pineapple-Spice Dressing
|Navel oranges||2 , peeled and cut in chunks|
|Grapefruit||1 Medium, peeled and cut in chunks|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced|
|Pear||1 , cored and cut in chunks|
|Juice-packed canned pineapple chunks||2 Cup (32 tbs) (0.5 Cup Juice Reserved)|
|Dry white wine/White grape juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Pinch|
|Ground nutmeg||1 Pinch|
1. Combine oranges, grapefruit, strawberries, and pear.
2. Combine reserved pineapple juice, white wine or white grape juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a jar with a tight lid. Shake until blended.
3. Toss dressing over fruit.
4. Cover and chill for 45 minutes.
