Romaine Salad With Scallion Dressing

Ingredients
  Torn romaine lettuce 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Plain non fat yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Shredded red cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped scallions/Chives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced cucumber 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced cherry tomatoes/Sliced plum tomatoes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sliced radishes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Toss together romaine lettuce, red cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, and radishes in a large salad bowl.
2. Combine yogurt, scallions or chives, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and black pepper.
3. Toss dressing with salad.
