|Iceberg lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs), torn|
|Romaine lettuce||3 Cup (48 tbs), torn|
|Spinach||1 Cup (16 tbs), torn|
|Hard cooked eggs||4 , sliced|
|Swiss cheese slice||1 Ounce, cut in julienne strips|
|Cheddar cheese slice||1 Ounce, cut in julienne strips|
|Sunflower kernels||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
|Soy dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Combine iceburg lettuce, romaine lettuce, and spinach in a large bowl.
Top with egg slices, cheese strips, and sunflower kernels.
Serve with Soy Dressing.
