Green Salad With Soy Dressing

Ingredients
  Iceberg lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), torn
  Romaine lettuce 3 Cup (48 tbs), torn
  Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs), torn
  Hard cooked eggs 4 , sliced
  Swiss cheese slice 1 Ounce, cut in julienne strips
  Cheddar cheese slice 1 Ounce, cut in julienne strips
  Sunflower kernels 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Soy dressing 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine iceburg lettuce, romaine lettuce, and spinach in a large bowl.
Top with egg slices, cheese strips, and sunflower kernels.
Serve with Soy Dressing.
