Ingredients
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1 Pound, chopped
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh oysters 1 Pint, chopped
  White bread crumbs 1 Quart
  Corn bread crumbs 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Rubbed sage 3 Tablespoon
  Country sausage 1 Pound
  Chopped olives 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated carrot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
  Oyster liquid 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Poultry broth 2 1⁄6 Cup (34.67 tbs)
Directions

Heat margarine in large skillet; add the sausage and mushrooms.
Add onion, celery and carrots.
Cook 5 to 8 min.over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Stuffing for a 14 to 16 pound turkey.
