Lemon-Horseradish Dressing

Ingredients
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Prepared horseradish 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place yogurt, lemon juice, horseradish, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic, and onion in a bowl and mix until well combined.
2. Chill for 1 hour.
