|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Beat egg well, add vinegar and water.
Combine flour, sugar and salt; slowly blend into egg mixture to avoid lumps.
Beat until smooth.
Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture coats spoon.
