Russian-Style Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Parsley sprigs 2
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Green onion 1 , cut into thirds
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil 1 Teaspoon (Whole)
  Dried whole oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Position knife blade in food processor bowl, add all ingredients except olive oil.
Top with cover, and process 15 seconds.
Gradually pour oil through food chute with processor running, process 30 seconds.
Chill.
Serve over salad greens.
