Chilled Broccoli In Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
  Broccoli 1 Large, separated into spears or chopped into bite-size pieces
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), finely minced
  Finely chopped onions 1 Tablespoon
  Hard-cooked egg 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

Steam broccoli until just tender.
Drain well.
Combine all remaining ingredients except egg.
Pour over broccoli and chill 3 to 4 hours to blend flavors.
Serve garnished with chopped egg.
