For the popeye fan kids this Spinach Salad With Chutney Dressing will do the magic. The Spinach Salad With Chutney Dressing is pretty easy to prepare too and you can rely on it for last minute preparations.
  Mango chutney 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low sodium chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Safflower oil/Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Torn fresh spinach 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chopped red delicious apple 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Navel orange 1 Large, peeled and sectioned
  Diagonally sliced green onions 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sliced almonds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted

Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process 30 seconds or until blended.
Combine spinach and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour chutney mixture over salad; toss gently.
Serve immediately
