|Mango chutney||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Low sodium chicken broth||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Safflower oil/Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Torn fresh spinach||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped red delicious apple||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Navel orange||1 Large, peeled and sectioned|
|Diagonally sliced green onions||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced almonds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
Combine first 6 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process 30 seconds or until blended.
Combine spinach and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour chutney mixture over salad; toss gently.
