  Evaporated milk 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped chutney 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat evaporated milk and oil until blended.
Beat in lemon juice until smooth.
Mix in remaining in gredients.
Refrigerate.
Serve over fruit, poultry or seafood salads.
