Spicy Avocado Dressing
|Avocado||1⁄2 , cut in to chunks|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned enchilada sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Place avocado and sour cream in blender container; blend until pureed.
Add enchilada sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Blend until dressing is smooth and creamy.
