Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned anchovies 2 Ounce
Directions

Put all ingredients into Osterizer container, cover and process at WHIP until smooth.
Chill.
