Stay Trim Dressing
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cold water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
Combine cornstarch and mustard in a small saucepan, gradually stir in water.
Place mixture over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
Pour dressing into an airtight container, and chill.
Shake well before using.
