Gingered Peanut Dressing

Ingredients
  Rice vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Chunky-style peanut butter   (as required)
Directions

In small bowl, using a wire whisk, gradually stir vinegar and water into peanut butter; add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
