Fresh Basil Dressing

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Soften gelatin in cold water; add 1/2 cup boiling water, stirring until gelatin dissolves.
Set mixture aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Add gelatin mixture, and process 30 seconds or until well combined.
Cover and chill thoroughly.
Stir well before serving.
