Ingredients
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix the lemon juice and oil together.
Crush the garlic to a paste with the salt and mix it into the oil and lemon juice.
Add pepper.
