Sweet Cooked Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Put eggs, sugar, flour, mustard and salt in saucepan and beat with a wooden spoon until smooth and blended.
Stir in vinegar and milk.
Set over moderate heat and cook, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Boil gently 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Cool and store in refrigerator in covered jar.
