Sweet And Sour Fruit Dressing

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 4
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and thickened.
Stir in vinegar.
Cool.
