Cold Mussels With Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
  Mussels 36
  Olive oil 9 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
Directions

Cook mussels according to instructions for cold mussels .
Remove one shell from each.
Mix olive oil with lemon juice and pour it over mussels.
Grind black pepper liberally over them.
Wait 1 hour before putting mussels in refrigerator to chill.
