In this video, raw food chef and author Jennifer Cornbleet shows you how to prepare a creamy, dairy-free Avocado-Lime Salad Dressing that you can use to brighten up the flavor of your favorite plate of veggies.
1 , scooped, mashed
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
1 Tablespoon, minced
1. In a blender add mashed avocado, salt, lime juice, dill and water. Blend till smooth.
2. Use this dressing on salads of your choice or store in the fridge in air tight containers and use as desired.
If desired add garlic to the dressing while blending.
