In this video, raw food chef and author Jennifer Cornbleet shows you how to dress up your salads with tasty vinaigrettes made with natural, whole ingredients like balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, and a tasty blend of seasonings.
For classic vinaigrette
Apple cider vinegar/Balsamic vinegar
Extra virgin olive oil
For apple vinaigrette
Apple cider vinegar
1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
1. CLASSIC VINAIGRETTE: In a bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk them well till combined.
2. If desired it can also be blended to make it creamy.
3. APPLE VINAIGRETTE: In another bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk till well combined.
4. Use this vinaigrette to dress salads or store in jars in the refrigerator. It will keep for a week.
Herbs can be added to the classic vinaigrette if desired for a different version.
