Fruit And Pecan Dressing
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||8 Ounce|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Raisins/Currants||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Tablespoon|
|Cherry tomatoes||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine water and butter in a large Dutch oven; heat until butter melts.
Stir in next 5 ingredients.
Spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish; bake at 350Â° for 30 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
