|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Candied orange peel||1 Tablespoon|
Beat together in saucepan eggs, sugar, fruit juices, spices and butter or margarine.
Cook, over low heat, stirring, and bring just to boiling point; then remove from stove.
When cool, fold in whipped cream.
Turn into serving bowl, and garnish with pecans and kumquats or candied orange peel.
