Ingredients
  Chopped chives 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon wine vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine ingredients in order given. Mix well. Chill.
