Best Quick Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Got this one from Mom. Thanks, Mom. You could do this in a blender or by hand or a Food Processor.
Ingredients
  Shallots 1 Medium, mince
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), mince
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Extra virgin olive oil 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Mince shallots and garlic in a mixer and then add salt and pepper, once done in a large bowl mix all the remaining ingredients and gently pour the liquid in the mixer and blend.
2. Pour the emulsified Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing in a glass bottle and store it in the refrigerator for months.

SERVING
3. Serve it along with you fresh green salad.
