Tomato Basil Salad Dressing

Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Ground pepper 1 Pinch
  Mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food mill or food processor, add the tomato and fresh basil grind it together.
2. Add the mix to a bowl.
3. Add olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and mix together.
4. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss and let it marinade in the mix.

SERVING
5. Plate and serve as salad.
