Herb Dressing

Ingredients
  Salad oil/Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Wine vinegar/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Herbs/Any variety 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix all ingredients together well, pour over salad and toss.
Note: This recipe makes enough dressing for 6 cups greens.
