A easy salad dressing recipe.
Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((fat free)) | |
Mayonnaise dressing without egg | 1 Tablespoon | |
Salsa | 1 1/2 Tablespoon | |
Jalapeno paste | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1 Pinch ((to taste)) | |
Red chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Garlic paste | 1 Teaspoon | |
Pepper powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Cilantro | 1 Tablespoon , finely chopped | |
Lime juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
Water/2 tbsp of vegetable stock | 1 1/2 Tablespoon |
MAKING
1. In a large mixing bowl add in the sour cream, mayonnaise, salsa, jalapeno paste, salt, red chili powder, garlic paste, pepper powder, chopped cilantro and lime juice. Mix well until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Stir in the water and mix well.
SERVING
3. Serve the egg-less dressing in a bowl along with chips or tortillas.
4. Use it as a salad dressing. Mix well and serve.
NOTES
If you are using regular sour cream and not the fat free version, then add a little water or vegetable stock to adjust the consistency of the sour cream.
