Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  Cashews 1 Cup (16 tbs) (soak for 12 hours, sprout 12 hours for a creamier dressing)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut vinegar/Cider vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coconut nectar/Honey 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 3 Teaspoon
  Dill 1 Teaspoon (1/2 teaspoon for garnish)
  Sea salt 1 Tablespoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Barley water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a processing jar take cashews, lemon juice, coconut vinegar, olive oil, coconut nectar, garlic, garlic powder, basil and salt. Blend for few minutes.
2. Pour in the barley water and blend again for 3 minutes.

SERVING
3. Garnish ranch dressing with parsley and dill. And serve with carrots, cucumber, lettuce leaves or any other vegetable or fruits of your choice.
