Soy-Ginger Salad Dressing

Delicious salad dressing with an Oriental flare. Super easy. Keep this in the refrigerator in an airtight container or jar and just shake before use.
Ingredients
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Rice vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly grated ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Canola oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, lime juice, rice vinegar and ginger. Slowly drizzle in the oil in a steady stream, whisking constantly.
2. Cover and refrigerate. When ready to use, either whisk or shake.

SERVING
3. Pour the dressing over your favorite salad and serve.
