Fresh Mint Dressing

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Fresh mint leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (loosely packed)
Directions

Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat.
Combine sugar mixture and mint leaves in container of electric blender; process until leaves are finely chopped.
Chill 2 to 3 hours.
