Caesar Dressing

Chef Keith Snow from http://www.harvesteating.com demonstrates how to make a simple easy and delicious homemade caesar salad dressing
Ingredients
  Shallots 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, minced
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 Medium, freshly squeezed
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fish sauce 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Pinch, freshly crushed
  Kosher salt 1 Pinch
Directions

MAKING
1) In a blender jar, add the shallots, Parmesan cheese, garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, fresh oregano, red wine vinegar, juice of 1/2 a lemon, olive oil, fish sauce, black pepper, and kosher salt.
2) Blend the ingredients until the mixture is thickened and thoroughly blended.

SERVING
3) Use the Caesar Dressing to make Caesar Salad or as desired.
