Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients
  Double cream 150 Milliliter
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Large
  Tarragon leaves 15 Gram
  Sea salt/Pepper 2 Tablespoon (use as per taste)
Directions

MAKING
1. Peel and crush the garlic.
2. Pick and finely chop the tarragon leaves.
3. Put all the ingredients into a clean bowl and mix well.
4. Season the tarragon dressing to taste.
5. Cover and store the tarragon in the fridge until required.

SERVING
6. Serve with garnish as desired.
