Fluffy Honey Dressing

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon, frozen
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Lemon, rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
Directions

Beat eggs; stir in honey, lemon juice, orange juice and salt.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened; cool.
Fold in whipped cream and lemon rind.
Serve with fresh fruit.
