|Cornstarch||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Dash|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Combine cornstarch with 1 1/2 cups water in sauce- pan.
Simmer, stirring constantly until mixture is clear.
Remove from heat.
Combine egg, sugar, mus- tard, salt, cayenne pepper, vinegar, salad oil and paprika in deep bowl; add cornstarch mixture grad- ually.
Beat at medium speed for 5 minutes or until smooth and well blended.
Store in refrigerator.
