Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine eggs and cream in saucepan; bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add salt and vinegar; cool.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
