Ingredients
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Avocado 1⁄2 (Ripe)
  Tomato 1 (Ripe)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Fresh basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Drizzled In While Blending. Use The Water To Get The Dressing To The Consistency Of Your Liking)
Directions

MAKING
1. Add all ingredients into vitamix and blend starting at 1 up to about an 8 then drizzle in your water to get the mixture to a nice creamy dressing consistency.
