|Vinegar||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Oil||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Roquefort cheese/Other blue cheese||60 Gram, crumbled|
1. Take a small bowl, and add pepper and vinegar and whisk them well.
2. Add oil little by little and keep on whisking constantly, until the dressing emulsifies.
3. Stir in crumbled cheese and continue to whisk until the mixture becomes creamy.
4. Season as per the taste preferences.
5. Serve the Roquefort dressing over any green salad.
