Haddock With Dressing
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Herb seasoned stuffing mix||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Haddock fillets||2 Pound|
|Cheddar cheese strip||200 Gram|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
"Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in skillet; add onion and celery.
Cook until transparent.
Com- bine stuffing mix and 1/2 cup hot water.
Mix onion with stuffing mixture; set aside.
Place layer of fillets, skin side down, in greased pan.
Spread stuffing mix- ture over fillets; top with remaining fillets.
Cover with cheese strips.
Combine mushroom soup and milk; pour into pan.
Bake for 45 minutes."
