Haddock With Dressing

Haddock is a tasty fish. One of my all time favorites. This haddock with dressing is one that I absolutely love. Tasty and healthy this fish dish is a real treat for the senses. I just love every bite of this delicately flavored fish treat
Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Herb seasoned stuffing mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Haddock fillets 2 Pound
  Cheddar cheese strip 200 Gram
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

"Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in skillet; add onion and celery.
Cook until transparent.
Com- bine stuffing mix and 1/2 cup hot water.
Mix onion with stuffing mixture; set aside.
Place layer of fillets, skin side down, in greased pan.
Spread stuffing mix- ture over fillets; top with remaining fillets.
Cover with cheese strips.
Combine mushroom soup and milk; pour into pan.
Bake for 45 minutes."
