Soy Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients
  Peanut oil/Corn oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Light soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Minced green onion 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, add in the peanut or corn oil, cider vinegar, water, soy sauce, minced green onion, honey and dry mustard.
2) Close the lid tightly and shake the jar well.
3) Chill the Soy Vinaigrette Dressing in the refrigerator before serving time.

SERVING
4) Shake the Soy Vinaigrette Dressing in the jar once again just before using.
5) Drizzle the dressing over salads of your choice.
