Classic Apple Shallot Salad Dressing


Apple 3 Tablespoon , finely grated
Shallot 1 Teaspoon , finely grated
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon , finely grated
White wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1. In a bowl, whisk together apple, shallots, ginger, vinegar, and mustard in a small bowl with a pinch of salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Makes about 1/2 cup.

2. Refrigerate for up to one week. Take dressing out of refrigerator 30 minutes before using.


3. Use as needed.
